A great place to begin is at Stephansdom, Vienna’s most famous Cathedral. From there you can stroll down the walking street, with plenty of shops and restaurants to entertain you. You will then come across the grand palace at the end of the street. You are able to walk through the palace into the courtyard, and from there into Volksgarten. From here you can see stunning landscape as well as the National Library. Continuing on you’ll see the Museums Quarter and then Parliament and other iconic buildings that ends with the University of Vienna. This is truly the best way to take in the city, even if it’s not your first time.
